Bob Carr wrote, produced and co-hosted with Tom White C-HOW'S 1965 election special. Most of the staff was recruited to help including Hal Scholz, David Crichton, Jay Jackson, Tony Fredo and Bud Riley.

In the late 70s and early 80s, Bob provided CJRT-FM Toronto with daily reports on Ontario politics.
